I’m Edward Palmquist, a designer and developer who has spent 17 years helping businesses, New York Times bestselling authors, nonprofits, and creative teams turn complex ideas into clear, distinctive websites.
You work directly with me from the first conversation through launch. Strategy, content, visual direction, and production stay connected instead of being handed between departments.
Tell me about your project
Define the audience, sharpen the message, and set the priorities the website needs to carry.
Shape the flow and visual system into an experience that feels clear and unmistakably yours.
Turn the approved direction into a fast, accessible custom build with a clean foundation for ongoing improvements.
Test every detail, launch cleanly, and stay close as the site evolves after release.
An original visual and verbal system that makes the work feel specific, credible, and unmistakably yours.
A dependable foundation for everyday content changes without compromising the design.
Flexible ongoing help for new pages, campaigns, refinements, and growth when you need it.
Businesses and organizations that have outgrown their current site and want something clearer, more distinctive, and easier to use. New sites and focused redesigns are both a fit.
Strategy, messaging, page copy, art direction, interface design, and development can all stay within one engagement. I can also work on a focused design-only, development-only, or content-led scope when that is the better fit.
Most new projects are focused custom builds using modern, performance-first tools and hosting. I also work with Shopify when commerce calls for it, and I can support or improve existing WordPress sites when that remains the right fit. The recommendation follows the business—not a preferred piece of software.
Timing depends on scope. A focused landing page can move in a few weeks; larger sites with more content, integrations, or stakeholder review may take a few months. We agree on a realistic schedule before work begins, and I keep the process intentionally nimble.
Launch is the start of the working site, not the end of the relationship. Your team can handle everyday updates, and I can stay involved for refinements, new pages, campaigns, and ongoing support as the business evolves.
Tell me what is changing, what the current site is missing, and what a better version needs to make possible.
