Pizza School NYC is a hands-on pizza-making school that teaches students the art and science of pizza making. Students learn how to make dough, sauce, and cheese from scratch, and they also learn how to properly cook a pizza in a wood-fired oven. They offer both in-person and virtual classes, and all classes are led by experienced pizza chefs.
